Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
The purpose of the committee is to encourage and enable all appropriate agencies within the TMACOG region to efficiently and effectively secure and invest available federal transportation funds to improve transportation facilities and services in this district.
This committee reviews funding requests for federal assistance in the development and implementation of various transportation projects. The four year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is updated and published every two years.

TMACOG is a member organization. Members include governments: counties, cities, villages, and townships. Non-governmental members include utilities, advocacy organizations, schools, and special districts and authorities.
